Free Initial Consultation Includes one private 1-on-1 Lifestyle Alignment Coaching with coach Elisabeth. During this introductory session, we will explore your current circumstances and determine whether we are the right fit to work together toward your restoration. The investment for ongoing sessions will be discussed during this initial consultation. If you choose to move forward, you will receive a follow-up email outlining the next steps and important details to help you prepare for your upcoming sessions. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to reach out. Our goal is to ensure your experience is natural, supportive, and effective. Let's schedule your first session today. Every paid Lifestyle Wellness Session contributes to a broader mission. A portion of the proceeds is directed toward organizations that support youth aging out of foster care as they transition into independent living. Through each contribution, our programs contribute as a supporting sponsor to organizations dedicated to providing resources, mentorship, and life preparation for young adults entering this important stage of life. Wellness Session Disclaimer & Booking Policy Lifestyle Wellness Sessions are designed to support personal reflection, emotional awareness, and overall well-being through guided conversation and structured reflection exercises. These sessions are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. The services provided are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care from a licensed physician, therapist, psychologist, or other qualified professional. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for any medical, mental health, or specialized concerns. By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions before, during, and after the session. Participation in group sessions may involve sharing personal experiences; however, confidentiality between participants cannot be guaranteed. Refund & Cancellation Policy All sessions are fully refundable if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions or discretionary refunds are determined at the discretion of the CEO, the business owner. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
